Return Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged due to improper care or handling
• Final sale items (if marked as such)

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will send you a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Handmade Variations

Please note that all our products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish. These variations are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
